New Lesson Added to Healthy Boundaries course

The Reconnection Club is pleased to announce the newest addition to our evolving course on Healthy Boundaries.

The lessons for this course are being produced over time from presentations recorded live for Reconnection Club members. The latest presentation was all about enmeshment.

This week’s new addition, Lesson 2A, highlights the important role that differentiation plays in relationships with ourselves and others.

The ability to differentiate between thoughts and feelings, and between ourselves and others (including our own children), is a lifelong task that underlies and supports good boundaries.

We encourage members to start at the beginning of the course if you haven’t yet viewed the Introduction, along with Lessons 1A and 1B.
